Prior to joining PMG, Radu has led and developed major international construction and engineering projects for over 35 years. He has considerable experience in European real-estate and has worked in project design and execution of both civil buildings and engineering works. His strong points include claim management and expert reports with a focus on delay analysis and quantum evaluation in a broad range of industries. He also acts as DB member, adjudicator and mediator in various fields.
